Findraiser set out to reimagine how Australians support charities and community causes—by turning everyday purchases into meaningful donations. Traditional fundraising methods lacked scalability, engagement, and personalisation. The vision: a digital-first model that merges consumer rewards with charitable giving, empowering Australians to create impact through the way they shop.
To test this concept, Findraiser needed a flexible, loyalty-led platform that could validate key behaviours, deliver value to users and charities alike, and demonstrate commercial and social potential at scale.
In partnership with Linked Loyalty, the Findraiser pilot was developed using the Kynect platform and launched as a proof of concept through web and mobile channels. The platform supported personalised, location-aware experiences and enabled users to join via charity invitations, email campaigns, or direct sign-up.

Reward dollars earned from purchases were automatically linked to the user’s chosen charity or not-for-profit, ensuring every transaction had a purpose. Engagement features such as ‘Refer a Friend’, in-app notifications, and gamified milestones created a rich user experience from day one. All charities featured were ACNC-registered to ensure trust and credibility.

Findraiser will continue its pilot through 2025, refining the experience, building partnerships, and gathering real-world data. We are currently preparing to scale and seeking a lead sponsor to help bring the platform to life at national scale.
